Senior Finance Analyst

About the role

Network Finance is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to act as the pivotal link between Finance, IT, and external implementation partners. This role supports large‑scale finance transformation initiatives, including ERP, procurement, and financial consolidation system implementations, driving business change and technology adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between Finance, IT teams, and external implementation partners throughout finance systems projects.
• Translate finance business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Review and validate solution designs, data models, and integration architectures.
• Identify risks, gaps, and process misalignments before implementation.
• Facilitate decision‑making and resolve conflicts between business needs and technical constraints.
• Map and validate end‑to‑end data flows across multiple finance systems.
• Support integration design discussions and assess proposed technical solutions.
• Coordinate and support testing activities, including UAT and integration testing.
• Maintain project documentation such as process maps, data dictionaries, and functional specifications.
• Assist with change management, training, user adoption, and post‑implementation support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience on finance systems implementation projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Understanding of ERP and financial consolidation systems.
• Knowledge of system architecture, data flows, and integration concepts.
• Experience with functional specification development and testing coordination.
