Senior Designer (Remote, Multi-Brand)

About the role

A brand platform that acquires and scales consumer brands in the U.S. is hiring a Senior Designer to shape the visual expression of its growing portfolio. The role is highly hands-on, covering brand design, campaigns, e-commerce, paid media, email, product launches and digital experiences across several brands, with generative AI at the centre of the creative process. It is remote, with a 9am-5pm EST schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative across brand, e-commerce, campaigns, paid social, email, product launches, landing pages and other digital touchpoints
• Translate existing brand identities into fresh creative while keeping brand consistency
• Take projects from loose briefs and early ideas through polished final execution
• Use generative AI throughout the process, from concept to finished creative, and direct, prompt, iterate, composite and retouch AI-generated work
• Work mainly in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, managing several brands and projects at once
• Partner with creative, brand, growth, retention, e-commerce and product teams, sharing references, ideas and constructive critique

Required profile

• Senior-level designer with a strong visual point of view and judgment
• Experience designing for consumer brands in DTC, CPG, lifestyle, beauty, wellness, food and beverage or adjacent fields
• Strong portfolio showing visual taste, typography, composition and digital craft
• Ability to work independently, make confident creative decisions and communicate your thinking
• Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment with shifting priorities
• Strong English communication skills

Required skills

• Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, including collaborative design systems
• Generative AI tools and workflows
• Image making: compositing, retouching, manipulation and refinement
• Understanding of how brand systems translate into e-commerce and performance-driven digital environments

Nice to have: packaging and print production experience (CPG), motion, e-commerce platforms or emerging creative technologies.
