About the role
The senior costing clerk will support the service department of a premium motor dealer in Gauteng. The role focuses on costing, warranty and maintenance of vehicles, ensuring cost‑effective repairs and high‑quality service for customers.
Key responsibilities
- Provide prompt and quality service to customers regarding vehicle costing, warranty and maintenance.
- Act as the interface between the technical team, service advisors and customers.
- Handle costing of service and warranty job cards.
- Create sublet orders and obtain service and maintenance authorisations.
Required profile
- Matric qualification.
- Knowledge of passenger vehicle dealership policies and competitive motor industry.
- Basic mathematical ability (numeracy) and multilingual communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, ethical, reliable and results‑driven.
Required skills
- Operating systems knowledge.
