About the role

We are looking for a Senior Consultant to lead change management activities for ERP transformation projects in Johannesburg. The role focuses on driving user adoption, delivering training, and ensuring a smooth transition to new cloud‑based finance and supply‑chain applications.

Key responsibilities

Align stakeholders and define adoption strategies for ERP implementations.
Plan, design and deliver business user training sessions.
Minimise business disruption by coordinating change activities across finance and SCM functions.
Act as the bridge between business users and technical delivery teams.
Support organisational change management (OCM) initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

5‑10 years of experience as a change lead or manager on ERP transformation projects (e.g., Oracle Cloud, SAP).
Strong understanding of finance and supply‑chain processes.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence large audiences.
Ability to articulate differences between legacy and new applications.
