Senior Client Success Manager - Influencer Marketing

About the role

Humanz is looking for a Senior Client Success Manager in Sandton to make its customers succeed. The role covers designing, planning and managing influencer marketing campaigns from concept to finish through the Humanz technology platform, onboarding new clients and helping them use the platform effectively. It also has a commercial focus, making sure clients spend their allocated budget within the agreed timeframe.

Key responsibilities

• Create strategies and creative concepts for influencer campaigns
• Identify and verify the most suitable influencers through the Humanz platform
• Contact influencers, brief them and manage them during campaigns
• Ensure campaign targets are met within agreed budgets and costs
• Compile campaign reports and report completion, revenue and costs in the Humanz backoffice
• Act as the primary point of contact with clients, guiding them and keeping them informed of progress
• Assist new customers and influencers with onboarding and answer their questions
• Manage cost estimates, obtain signed contracts, estimates or purchase orders
• Help develop the skills of team members reporting to you and support the CEO with other operational needs

Required profile

• 3-4+ years of experience in client service, mostly in influencer marketing
• Strong existing network within the influencer marketing industry
• SaaS industry experience is a plus
