About the role
An upmarket venue/bar opening in Bedfordview is seeking an experienced Senior Bar Manager to lead the complete bar operation.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily bar operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Manage liquor cost, stock levels and cash‑up reconciliation.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and handle customer relations.
- Recruit, train and supervise bar staff, ensuring performance under pressure.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of bar management experience.
- Strong communication skills and professional presentation.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
Required skills
- Expertise in liquor cost control and stock management.
- Proficiency in bar cash‑up reconciliation and financial reporting.
