An upmarket casual dining café style restaurant in Bedfordview is seeking a Hostess / Floor Manager to oversee bookings, seating, and floor operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage bookings and seat customers efficiently.
- Supervise wait staff and maintain service standards.
- Work the restaurant floor, ensuring smooth operations during evening and weekend shifts.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience as a hostess or in restaurant management within an upmarket environment.
- Strong communication and customer relations skills.
- Self‑motivated, ambitious and outgoing.
