About the role
An upmarket venue / bar in Bedfordview is looking for a Bar Manager. The employer is looking for candidates with 8+ years of bar management experience who can manage a complete bar operation. Only serious managers should apply, quoting reference RA108.
Required profile
- 8+ years of bar management experience
- Well spoken, with very good communication skills
- Energetic, passionate and driven to succeed
- Well groomed and able to work under pressure
- All references must be contactable
Required skills
- Strong all-round management skills, including staff management and training
- Strong knowledge of liquor cost and liquor stock management
- Bar cash-up reconciliation
- Customer relations
- Bar opening and closing procedures
What we offer
- Salary of 15 to 20 K net, depending on experience
