Senior Account Manager (Remote)

About the role

Huzzle connects talent with in-house roles at leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe and Australia, including SaaS, MarTech, FinTech and EdTech. It is recruiting a Senior Account Manager (5+ years of experience in client relationship management, account growth and retention) for a fully remote position. You will manage key accounts, drive revenue expansion and act as a trusted advisor to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring long-term retention and satisfaction
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and build strong, trust-based relationships
• Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase account value
• Conduct regular business reviews and performance reporting with clients
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product and customer success teams to deliver on client goals
• Proactively identify risks and implement strategies to improve client retention
• Track account performance, revenue growth and engagement metrics
• Record client interactions and account data accurately in CRM systems

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success or Client Services
• Proven track record of managing and growing mid-market or enterprise accounts
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in upselling and revenue expansion
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in SaaS, marketing or B2B services is highly preferred

Required skills

• CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Problem-solving and ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
