About the role

AmplifyPlus is looking for a fast‑moving B2C Sales Development Representative to turn qualified homeowner leads into booked estimates for insulation and spray‑foam contractors across the United States. You will work remotely, dialing fresh leads within minutes and unlocking revenue for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Contact inbound homeowner leads promptly, typically within minutes of receipt.
• Convert qualified leads into scheduled on‑site estimates for contractor clients.
• Maintain a high call volume while ensuring accurate data entry into the CRM.
• Track and report daily performance metrics that directly impact client ROI.
• Collaborate with the coaching team for continuous skill improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in outbound sales, SDR, or teleprospecting (preferred but not mandatory).
• Availability to dial during US business hours.
• Native‑level English with a strong phone presence, confidence, and resilience.
• Fast‑paced, coachable attitude with a focus on client success.
