About the role

AmplifyPlus is looking for a fast‑moving B2C Sales Development Representative to own a pipeline of qualified homeowner leads and turn them into booked estimates for insulation and spray‑foam contractors across the United States. You will be the key driver that converts leads into real revenue for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Dial fresh leads within minutes of receipt and book qualified appointments.
• Convert homeowner leads into booked estimates for insulation contractors.
• Maintain high call volume while ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
• Track performance metrics and continuously improve speed‑to‑lead.
• Collaborate with the coaching team to refine scripts and techniques.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in outbound sales or SDR roles.
• Available to dial during US business hours.
• Native‑level English with strong phone presence, confidence, and resilience.
• Commitment to rapid lead response – speed‑to‑lead is a core value.
• Coachability, adaptability, and a focus on client success.
