Sales Associate (120hr) - Totalsports Phola Park

About the role

Totalsports at Phola Park is looking for a Sales Associate to act as an ambassador for its brand and deliver an excellent customer experience. The position is advertised as a 120-hour role with maternity cover.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and provide customers with the best possible solutions, exceeding their expectations
• Keep track of sales performance against targets
• Sell a diverse product range and stay up to date with the latest décor and fashion trends
• Look for new sales opportunities
• Help replenish stock so the store is always ready for customers

Required profile

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Passion for people, target-driven and experience-focused
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, work independently, take initiative and pay close attention to detail
• Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups under the Employment Equity Act
