Sales Associate (40h) - Maternity Cover

About the role

Totalsports at Tubatse Mall is looking for a Sales Associate working 40 hours per week, covering maternity leave. The role is about being an ambassador for the brand and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and provide customers with the best possible solutions and exceed their expectations.
• Keep track of sales performance against targets.
• Sell a diverse product range and stay up to date with the latest décor and fashion trends.
• Look for new sales opportunities.
• Help replenish stock so the store is always ready for customers.

Required profile

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Passion for people is a must; the candidate should be target-driven and experience-focused.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, work independently, take initiative and pay close attention to detail.
• Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups under the Employment Equity Act.
