Sales and Marketing Manager

About the role

A dynamic, results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager is sought to join the organization in Bedford, South Africa. The role leads sales and marketing initiatives, drives revenue growth and builds strong customer relationships, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution and leading a talented team toward business objectives and market expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives and market opportunities
• Lead, mentor and manage the sales and marketing team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
• Create and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, engagement and lead generation
• Set and monitor KPIs and sales targets, and manage marketing budgets and sales resources to maximize ROI
• Build relationships with key clients and stakeholders, and tailor messaging and sales approaches to different customer segments
• Work with cross-functional teams, run regular performance reviews and coach team members
• Prepare sales forecasts, market analysis reports and performance reviews for senior management

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and marketing management or a similar leadership role in a corporate environment
• Track record of building, leading and motivating high-performing teams
• Experience managing budgets, financial forecasting and resource allocation
• Project management experience and knowledge of competitive analysis and market research
