Retail Sales Associate

About the role
As a Retail Sales Associate you will support store operations, deliver excellent customer service and help maintain adidas brand standards on the sales floor.
Key responsibilities
- Provide the highest level of adidas service to every customer.
- Process sales transactions accurately, including cash, credit and checks.
- Assist with product flow from stockroom to sales floor and support merchandising displays.
- Secure company assets and stock to minimise shrinkage.
- Use selling techniques such as add‑on sales and technical product explanations to meet sales targets.
- Greet customers, act as a greeter during busy periods and maintain general housekeeping standards.
Required profile
- Matric certificate.
- 2‑4 years of retail experience.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to meet sales goals.
- High energy, people‑skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
