Entry-Level Sales Agent – Field Based

About the role

This is an entry‑level sales role with a structured training programme designed to take you from zero to the sales floor in four weeks. You will sell financial products across two active campaigns, meet real targets, receive real feedback, and have a clear path to a permanent position if you deliver.

Key responsibilities

• Complete a structured 4‑week training programme covering product knowledge and live sales‑floor experience.
• Hit weekly sales, productivity, and call‑quality targets from week one.
• Receive weekly performance feedback and coaching to stay on track.
• Build skills in outbound telephonic sales of financial products.
• Work toward qualifying for an 8‑week extended contract and, subsequently, a permanent role.

Required profile

• Matric / NQF4 completed.
• No criminal record.
• No prior sales experience required – training provided.
• Confident, competitive and comfortable with targets.
• Bilingual ability is a strong advantage, depending on the campaign.
• Reside within 35 km (own transport) or 60 km (Gautrain) of the Johannesburg office.
