Restaurant Waiter/Waitress – Dundee

About the role

Join Malmaison’s vibrant restaurant team in Dundee as a Waiter or Waitress. You will be the first point of contact for guests, helping to create memorable dining experiences while working flexible, casual shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus and take orders accurately.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and management to ensure smooth service flow.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area throughout your shift.
• Handle payments and process transactions using the restaurant’s POS system.
• Adhere to health, safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and varied shift patterns.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) equipment.
