About the role
We are urgently seeking a Restaurant Manager for an up‑market outlet in the George area of the Garden Route. The successful candidate will run a busy restaurant and coordinate year‑end functions, ensuring smooth front‑of‑house operations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee front‑of‑house management and daily service delivery.
- Purchase stock in collaboration with the owner and maintain stock control.
- Conduct stock taking, costing and cash‑float reconciliations.
- Plan and assist with client year‑end functions and menu development.
- Manage opening and closing duties, staff rostering and training.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a strong manager running a busy restaurant.
- Ability to organise and execute year‑end events and menu planning.
Required skills
- Food & Beverage (F&B) management.
- Costing and budgeting expertise.
