About the role
Urgent recruitment for a Restaurant Manager to lead an up‑market outlet in George. The manager will oversee daily operations and prepare the venue for year‑end functions.
Key responsibilities
- Purchase all stock in collaboration with the owner
- Manage stock taking and control
- Train staff and oversee roster planning
- Assist clients with year‑end events and menu planning
- Handle opening and closing duties, including cash float reconciliation
Required profile
- Strong food & beverage (F&B) knowledge
- Costing and budgeting experience
