About the role
A premium casual dining restaurant opening in Bryanston is looking for a General Restaurant Manager to run its daily operations. The role covers both front of house and back of house, and suits a seasoned leader with a steady, proven work history and strong references.
Key responsibilities
- Manage staff training, inventory, administration and daily opening and closing routines
- Handle front of house and back of house operations
- Build and lead a team while maintaining good customer relations
Required profile
- At least 8 years of restaurant management experience, including 5 years as a GM or senior manager
- Articulate and fluent in English
- Steady, proven work history with great references
- Passionate, driven leader who stays calm under pressure
Salary is R 30 - 40 K ctc. Only serious managers need to apply, quoting reference RA24.
