About the role
A new restaurant in Bryanston is looking for a front of house manager. The role suits someone with extensive knowledge of restaurant floor management and strong communication skills, able to run a busy front of house operation. Candidates with 4+ years of management experience in sit-down restaurants will be considered. Applicants must be ambitious, self-motivated and energetic, and work well in a team.

Required profile
- Experience in a busy restaurant environment
- 4+ years of management experience in a sit-down restaurant (preferred)
- Well-spoken, with exceptional customer relations skills
- All references must be contactable
Required skills
- Restaurant administration and cash-ups (essential)
- Strong communication skills
Salary is R 10,000 to R 15,000 depending on experience. To apply, quote reference RA02.
