Fynbos Bistro Noordhoek is hiring a friendly, professional and service-oriented waiter to join its team. The role suits someone who enjoys working with people and creating memorable dining experiences, treating every guest with warmth, patience and respect.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a waiter, or 3+ years in a customer service environment.
• Experience with retirees or older guests is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Natural ability to build rapport with guests and use subtle, effective sales techniques.
• Professional appearance, reliable and punctual, able to work shifts as required.
• Own reliable transport and a clear criminal record.
• Matric certificate or equivalent, valid ID or work permit and passport, and contactable references.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Pilot POS is an advantage.
