Replenishment Planner

About the role

Vinimark Trading, a leading wine distribution company, is seeking a Replenishment Planner to join its warehouse team in Klapmuts. The role focuses on managing stock movement, planning replenishment orders and supporting demand planning across regional business units.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and place accurate, timely regional replenishment orders.
• Monitor and analyse stock levels across regional units.
• Identify stock movement trends and adjust order volumes as needed.
• Support demand planning and forecasting using historical data and sales input.
• Maintain accurate stock updates, purchase orders, adjustments and related system transactions.
• Assist with regional stock‑take preparation, reconciliation and follow‑up.
• Ensure data integrity between systems and drive continuous improvement in replenishment processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee stock availability and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification.
• 2–4 years’ experience in replenishment, demand planning, inventory control or a similar supply‑chain role.
• Experience in wine, FMCG or distribution environments is advantageous.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Knowledge of Syspro or comparable ERP systems (preferred).
