Remote Sales Development Representative

About the role

Huzzle connects talent with leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe and Australia, including SaaS, MarTech, FinTech and EdTech. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for prospective B2B clients, identifying high-value targets, starting conversations and qualifying opportunities. The role is full-time, independent contractor and fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calling, email sequencing and social selling.
• Research and identify key decision-makers within the Ideal Customer Profile.
• Build and manage lead lists using the sales stack, including Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Qualify leads through discovery calls and schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and lead status in the CRM.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a B2B sales or lead generation role.
• Experience handling 80+ daily calls and keeping a steady pace.
• Previous experience in a high-growth startup.
• Track record of exceeding monthly or quarterly quotas.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fully remote setting.

Required skills

• Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Strong working knowledge of CRM systems and pipeline management.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and objection handling.
• Familiarity with sales frameworks or closing techniques.
