Remote Outbound Sales Representative - Travel Tech

About the role

A travel technology startup specialising in secure property access keys is looking for an Outbound Sales Representative to drive international client acquisition and scale its footprint. Working remotely from South Africa within an international team, the full-time position focuses on expanding B2B subscriptions and locker placements across the North American market. It requires flexible hours aligned with international time zones, including occasional evenings.

Key responsibilities

• Run outbound pipelines with proactive cold calls and multi-channel outreach to promote automated locker solutions to B2B prospects.
• Nurture a high volume of cold and warm leads and follow up consistently to maximise conversions.
• Schedule product demonstrations, exploratory calls and business meetings for the international client portfolio.
• Maintain lead data, contact logs and follow-up timelines in the corporate CRM.
• Work with colleagues in international offices to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts.
• Meet personal performance targets and team milestones, and keep up to date on product features, compliance benefits and pricing.

Required profile

• Documented history of outbound telephone sales, business development pipelines or proactive cold outreach.
• Exceptional verbal and written English; strong organisation and ability to handle many leads at once accurately.
• Flexibility to work non-standard hours, including planned evening shifts, to match North American time zones.
• Reliable remote home office with a stable internet connection and quiet space.
• Clean verification history, as a Qualification Authenticity Check is part of onboarding.
• Desirable: prior experience in a fast-growing tech startup, SaaS or property-technology environment.
