Remote HR Consultant

About the role

A growing public relations agency needs an HR Consultant to provide strategic human resources expertise. The role focuses on standardising and strengthening core internal HR frameworks, working fully remotely. It covers employment documentation, performance reviews and career development.

Key responsibilities

• Standardise employee contracts, onboarding procedures, team development guidelines and leave documentation.
• Establish team member KPIs to align individual outputs with organisational objectives.
• Formulate personal growth and individual training plans for employees.
• Manage and guide internal labour processes to ensure compliance and fair workplace practices.
• Structure and implement the annual performance review process across the agency.

Required profile

• Proven track record in HR consulting or advisory within professional services environments.
• Hands-on experience drafting contracts, setting KPIs, running labour processes and setting up performance review procedures.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fully remote setup.
