About the role
This specialist position reports directly to the Regional General Manager and focuses on recruiting financial advisers for the East Coast Region. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening and selecting candidates who align with business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Undertake focused recruitment of Advisers aligned to business needs.
- Conduct effective screening and selection of Advisers using the MyWorkSpace internal system.
Required profile
- Matric or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum three years of experience in a recruitment environment.
- Valid driver’s licence and own reliable motor vehicle.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Experience with Lotus Notes and internet search tools.
