Recruiting Coordinator – Part‑Time Remote (EST Hours)

About the role

Safhire Global is seeking a part‑time Recruiting Coordinator to support a growing US‑based healthcare coordination agency. The role is fully remote and operates on EST business hours, offering an ideal opportunity for organised, people‑oriented professionals in South Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Review and screen resumes posted on Indeed.
• Conduct virtual interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Schedule in‑person interviews with the hiring manager.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Keep the candidate pipeline organised and up‑to‑date at all times.

Required profile

• Prior recruiting or HR coordination experience (preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional, warm demeanor suitable for representing the agency.
• Clear spoken English with minimal language barriers.
• Detail‑oriented, reliable and able to work independently.
• Availability Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑12 pm EST (approximately 15 hours per week).
