Recruiter – Remote Full‑time

About the role

Globaltize is seeking an experienced recruiter to join its fully remote team. You will work closely with a global client base to source, assess and place top talent across a variety of industries, while enjoying a flexible schedule and a supportive startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for diverse roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Screen candidates and present 3‑5 qualified finalists per position.
• Conduct interviews using the Globaltize Interview Framework and provide detailed feedback.
• Negotiate salaries within client budgets and send offers via PandaDoc.
• Maintain candidate records in HubSpot and ensure accurate, up‑to‑date documentation.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and build a talent pipeline.
• Participate in team meetings, share insights and contribute to strategy.
• Produce daily progress reports and stay responsive to candidates and clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience with a proven placement record.
• Experience in staffing agencies or BPO environments, preferably serving U.S., Canadian or Australian clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑starter attitude and ability to thrive in a remote startup setting.
• Passionate about connecting talent with opportunities and accountable for results.

Required skills

• Proficiency with recruitment tools, ATS and CRM systems.
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn for sourcing.
• Familiarity with HubSpot for candidate tracking.
• Ability to use PandaDoc for offer management.
