About the role

As a Recruiter Intern at Oneo, you will source and engage potential candidates on LinkedIn for various client roles, aiming to schedule meetings with the sales team. The role is remote and offers the chance to develop talent acquisition skills with a pathway to a full‑time recruiter position.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify potential candidates on LinkedIn for open positions.
• Engage with candidates through personalized messages to generate interest.
• Schedule meetings between interested candidates and the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the recruitment database.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to refine sourcing strategies.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Required profile

• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other professional social media platforms.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
