Quotation Administrator

About the role

Our client is seeking a detail‑oriented and organized Quotation Administrator to support the sales team by preparing accurate quotations, managing pricing information, and maintaining administrative records. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient quotation processes and excellent customer service. The role involves close collaboration with sales representatives and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate pricing information.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage quotations for branches and representatives.
• Source and follow up on material pricing from suppliers.
• Review and approve quotations for accuracy.
• Handle supplier questionnaires, customer PIFs, and specification sheets.
• Respond to email queries and representative specification requests.
• Assist with updated pricing for stock control and maintain accurate records.
• Compile month‑end reports including quotes, analysis, questionnaires, and spec sheets.
• Conduct price comparisons and basic analysis.

Required profile

• Grade 12 qualification.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Good communication and email management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
