Quality Auditor

About the role

SGD is seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented Quality Auditor to support its operational excellence initiatives. The role involves planning and executing audits, advising operations during customer and certification audits, and contributing to continuous improvement projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and contribute to yearly audit plans and manage audit activities in the task‑management tool.
• Conduct audits according to the approved plan, gathering information through interviews, observations, and document review.
• Verify the accuracy of audit evidence, assess compliance with standards, and document findings.
• Follow up on corrective actions and manage non‑conformities, observations, and improvement actions.
• Support Operations during customer and certification audits and participate in operational improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in quality management and auditing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, AS 9100, AS 9110, ISO 9011 and related quality standards.
• Ability to work independently, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and promote a just, non‑punitive reporting culture.
• Broad operational knowledge of training management, aircraft operations, air traffic management, aerodrome operations, or maintenance organization management.
• Business acumen with basic understanding of budgeting, costing and forecasting.
