Project Manager – Managed Creative Services

About the role

Icon is launching a managed creative/ads service and needs a Project Manager to own the delivery of creative work from intake through sign‑off. You will run multiple pipelines in parallel, keep stakeholders aligned, and ensure high‑quality output is delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of client projects: intake, scoping, assignment, execution, delivery, and sign‑off.
• Translate client feedback into clear, prioritized project plans with owners, actions, and ETAs.
• Manage scope, timelines, and dependencies across several concurrent pipelines.
• Maintain a single source of truth for status, ownership, and risk.
• Coordinate creative, production, and internal teams to keep work moving.
• Run status reviews, surface blockers early, and drive resolutions.
• Identify patterns behind delays and rework, and design SOPs, checklists, and QA gates.
• Propose and track workflow improvements, partnering with operations and engineering when needed.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in project management, delivery management, operations, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational ability to manage multiple projects without losing details.
• Excellent written communication for clear plans and updates.
• Calm under pressure with a focus on delivering outcomes.
• A systems mindset that improves processes, not just pushes tasks.

Required skills

• Experience with project‑management tools such as Asana, Monday, Notion, or Jira.
