Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for experienced Project Managers to join our Engineering & Projects team. The position supports mining and metals clients across Australia and South Africa throughout the full project lifecycle, from feasibility studies to detailed engineering and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project delivery across all phases, including studies, detailed engineering, and execution.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Foster strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
• Lead high‑performing, multidisciplinary teams of engineers, project controls, and construction managers.
• Provide engineering management leadership and coordinate with multidisciplinary consulting experts.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in mining or metals projects.
• Collaborative, commercially‑minded leadership style.
• Ability to manage complex, multi‑disciplinary projects and teams.
• Strong communication and client‑relationship skills.
