Project Manager (CRM)

About the role

Paracon is seeking a Project Manager to lead CRM‑related strategic initiatives for a 7‑month period. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end delivery, ensuring projects meet budget, timeline, and quality expectations while aligning with the PMO governance framework.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee, execute, monitor, and track strategic change initiatives from start to finish.
• Apply appropriate governance methodologies with guidance from the PMO.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and deployment plans.
• Facilitate and monitor all project deliverables against approved plans.
• Coordinate team activities and ensure documentation is up‑to‑date, including progress reports.
• Identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Serve as the recognized project lead and primary source of truth for the PMO.
• Handle project administration tasks such as meeting coordination.

Required profile

• Relevant bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management roles.
• Project‑management qualification or related coursework is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Agile, results‑driven, detail‑oriented, and collaborative mindset.
