Project Manager - Corporate Interior Fit-Outs

About the role

A well-established team specialising in corporate interior fit-outs, commercial projects and high-quality finishes is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join in Johannesburg. The role takes ownership of projects from inception through to completion, delivering them efficiently, professionally and to the highest standard. It is a full-time, permanent position, primarily office and site based, with commencement in January 2027.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction, interior fit-out, finishes or a related field.
• Previous project management experience, ideally in a similar environment.
• Strong understanding of corporate interior fit-outs and commercial projects.
• Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish.
• Comfortable managing contractors, suppliers, clients and internal teams, and able to handle several projects, priorities and deadlines at once.
• Willing to travel when needed and to work overtime when necessary to meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail with a practical, solutions-driven approach.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Notion and snagging/snag management software.
