About the role
Project Managers are responsible for the successful management of multiple interior design projects whilst leading and mentoring assigned staff. You will lead consultants and internal resources, manage contract documents, adhere to budgets, facilitate contracts and represent the construction site while maintaining client contact throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Manage multiple interior design projects from concept to completion.
- Lead consultants and internal teams, providing mentorship and direction.
- Develop and coordinate contract documents and ensure compliance.
- Monitor budgets, facilitate contracts and represent the project on‑site.
- Maintain ongoing client communication throughout the project.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience managing corporate or commercial interior projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- CID or NCIDQ certification.
Required skills
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel and Newforma.
- Thorough understanding of building codes.
- Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents.
