Project Administrator – Fixed‑Term (2‑Year Contract)

About the role

The Project Administrator will support the delivery of new product development (NPD), existing product development (EPD) and value‑added product (VAP) projects across the supply chain. This is a fixed‑term, two‑year position reporting to the Project Coordination team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date templates, reports and meeting records with proper revision control.
• Manage project databases, SharePoint sites and folder structures at local and regional levels.
• Consolidate project data and produce summary reports for stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Schedule key meetings, prepare presentation decks and provide inputs for broader business meetings.
• Support or lead innovation pipeline initiatives and coordinate projects from initiation to launch, including scope definition and timeline creation.
• Track tasks, ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines are achieved.
• Facilitate production planning to minimise write‑offs during changes.
• Generate cost statements using supplier, procurement and financial data.
• Contribute to cost‑saving initiatives, identify material simplification opportunities and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence project delivery within a supply‑chain environment.
• Experience supporting NPD, EPD or VAP projects from initiation through launch.
• Strong organisational skills with a focus on documentation, governance and reporting.
