Flight Administrator - FBO

About the role

ExecuJet is looking for a Flight Administrator for a position at Lanseria International Airport. The main aim of the role is to coordinate ground handling arrangements, flight clearances and all FBO-related requests so that clients receive a high-quality, professional service in line with established standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all ground handling processes to support seamless flight operations.
• Process and manage flight clearance requirements and other trip support functions accurately and within required timeframes.
• Provide effective, efficient and professional customer service to all clients at all times.
• Promote and support the marketing of FBO services to increase client awareness and service uptake.
• Prepare, process and submit invoices accurately and on time according to company procedures.
• Carry out additional duties assigned by the FBO Manager – South Africa and Trip Support Manager, and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the relevant manager.

Required profile

• 2 to 3 years' experience in dispatching aircraft.
• 2 years' general administration experience, preferably in business aviation.
• Matric/Grade 12.
• Relevant aviation regulatory training (Aviation Services, Airside Induction, AVOP, Dangerous Goods).
• Driver's licence (Code 8) and own reliable transport.
• Ability to work shifts and overtime.
