Programme Coordinator (Re-advertisement) - HDA

About the role

The Housing Development Agency (HDA) in Cape Town is re-advertising a Programme Coordinator position on a fixed-term contract of 3 years. The salary package is all-inclusive, between R394 200 and R492 750. Key responsibilities

• Office management: develop and implement office management systems, assist with site office logistics and maintenance, manage procurement, design business continuity procedures and attend to health and safety requirements.
• Document management: gather programme information and reports, oversee document storage, train users on the electronic document management system, maintain databases of service providers, clients and stakeholders.
• Reporting: compile Technical Status Reports, Lessons Learnt Reports, EPWP Reports, PMO Reports and Programme Project Reports, and develop an Office Business dashboard/scorecard.
• Knowledge management: coordinate quarterly lessons learnt reporting, evaluate information from programme departments and analyse it into reports, proposals and recommendations for the Regional Manager / Head: National Programme Design and Management.
• Operational support: induction and orientation of new staff, accessible information systems, diary and meeting scheduling for the Regional Manager, stakeholder liaison, venue and meeting room booking, and event coordination.

Required profile

• Grade 12 qualification.
• Post-matric qualification or diploma.
• 5-8 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in basic management.

Required skills

• Competence in the MS Office package: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Word.
