Program Manager – Collision Avoidance Systems

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Program Manager to lead the Collision Avoidance System (CAS) installation and service portfolio across South Africa. You will oversee planning, execution, governance and delivery of complex customer projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule and financial targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day management of CAS installation, commissioning and service programmes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define and maintain programme governance and controls.
• Plan the overall programme, monitor progress and align deliverables with intended outcomes.
• Manage the programme budget, resources, risks and issues, applying corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate inter‑dependent projects and ensure effective stakeholder communication.
• Maintain core programme documentation such as the Programme Initiation Document.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of project and programme management methodologies.
• Proven leadership and management capabilities with the ability to work with diverse teams.
• Experience in budgeting, resource allocation and risk management.
• Excellent oral and written communication, high attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work across time zones and occasional travel to customer sites.
