Production Supervisor

About the role
The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations at a PepsiCo plant. This role ensures that production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Update and maintain shift reports and time sheets.
- Control product flow, production processes, and raw‑material stock levels.
- Maintain people, plant, machinery and equipment.
- Conduct regular plant inspections and report any deviations.
- Control and report product quality parameters.
- Ensure adherence to safety, health, hygiene, and document‑control policies.
- Manage the production team and ensure they are trained on operational processes.
- Collect and hand in all setting sheets at the end of each shift.
Required profile
- Grade 12 qualification.
- Relevant National Training Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Four to five years of experience in the FMCG sector.
- Proven supervisory experience.
