Production Blender – Microdose Assistant

About the role
The position supports the Mixer in a fast‑moving food manufacturing environment, ensuring accurate micro‑dosing and continuous plant monitoring within the White Instant Plant. The incumbent will also provide relief on other production lines as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in filling micro‑doses with the correct ingredients.
- Help ensure the proper batching sequence and dosing accuracy.
- Conduct daily physical inspections and monitor plant conditions.
- Move ingredients to and from the mixing floor safely.
- Maintain housekeeping standards on the production floor.
- Report any out‑of‑specification occurrences to the supervisor.
- Record and report production data accurately while assisting the Mixer.
- Follow EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) and Food Safety requirements at all times.
Required profile
- Grade 12 qualification with at least 12 months of production experience in an FMCG environment.
- Experience in food processing and packaging operations.
- Understanding of health and safety standards.
- Basic computer literacy is advantageous.
