About the role

The Private Banking and Advisory Graduate Academy 2027 is a structured internship programme designed for recent graduates interested in a client‑facing career in wealth management. Participants will rotate through FNB’s regional hubs in Gauteng, KwaZulu‑Natal and Cape Town, gaining practical exposure to private banking services.

Key responsibilities

• Support wealth management and financial planning activities for high‑net‑worth clients.
• Assist in developing investment strategies and private banking solutions.
• Provide client advisory services under senior advisors.
• Contribute to client relationship management and portfolio monitoring.

Required profile

• Completed a FAIS‑accredited NQF Level 7 undergraduate or NQF Level 8 postgraduate qualification in a BCom field such as Investments, Financial Planning, Estate Planning, Financial Management, Accounting or Economics.
• Strong interest in private banking, wealth management and client advisory roles.
