About the role

SPARK Schools is seeking a dynamic Primary School Teacher to join its Bramley campus on a temporary basis. The teacher will deliver the blended learning curriculum, combining classroom instruction with online components, and support scholars in achieving academic excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver academic lessons both in‑person and via distance learning.
• Teach high‑impact grades or core subjects and lead enrichment clubs.
• Implement place‑based and project‑based learning activities.
• Personalise instruction using data‑driven decisions and technology‑enhanced differentiation.
• Lead grade‑wide or subject‑wide initiatives such as moderation and data tracking.
• Design and implement Individualised Behaviour and Learning Plans (IBLPs).
• Co‑lead professional development sessions and instructional coaching.
• Create and monitor teaching resources and lesson materials.
• Administer formative and termly assessments, analyse scholar data, and plan interventions.

Required profile

• Qualified primary school teacher with experience in blended learning environments.
• Ability to plan and deliver curriculum independently.
• Strong data‑analysis skills to inform personalised instruction.
• Collaborative mindset for leading grade‑wide initiatives and professional development.
