Power & Infrastructure Development Specialist (EG 21)

About the role

Our client is an innovative clean-energy developer that designs and delivers custom solar, energy-storage and micro-grid solutions for businesses. The role focuses on identifying and developing power and infrastructure projects, from early research through to permitting and implementation, to help clients reduce costs and environmental impact.

Key responsibilities

• Research and evaluate opportunities in energy, infrastructure and data-center development.
• Assess power availability and propose solutions such as grid connection, natural-gas generation, battery energy storage systems (BESS) and renewable technologies.
• Support project development, stakeholder engagement and site control activities.
• Drive permitting, interconnection, utility coordination and other development workstreams.
• Review project, utility and transaction documents and prepare concise analyses for management.
• Maintain project trackers, timelines and action items, ensuring progress is actively managed.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist with due-diligence, acquisitions and the development of new opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field (preferred).
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in data-centres, power, utilities, energy infrastructure or engineering environments.
• Strong understanding of power and electrical infrastructure.
• Proven experience in PMO functions and project management.
