People Operations Associate

About the role

We are looking for a People Operations Associate to be the first impression for candidates and to manage a professional, warm, and organized hiring experience. The role blends recruitment, HR support, and administration, requiring confidence on video calls and strong system skills.

Key responsibilities

• Create and post job listings, proactively source candidates, and conduct outreach via LinkedIn and email.
• Screen applications, conduct initial video interviews, and coordinate interview schedules across time zones.
• Maintain clean applicant tracking dashboards and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
• Support onboarding and offboarding, maintain employee records, and assist with contracts and probation tracking.
• Provide hiring updates and reports to leadership.
• Learn and use tools such as Airtable, GHL, Zapier, and other project management software, keeping databases accurate.
• Help refine recruitment workflows over time.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience in a people‑facing role, preferably recruitment or HR.
• Confidence speaking clearly on video calls.
• Strong administrative experience with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast‑moving environment.
