Part-Time Marketing Coordinator (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a part‑time Marketing Coordinator to own the day‑to‑day execution of our brand marketing. Working remotely with a few hours of overlap with our Vancouver team, you will keep our content flowing across social channels and turn case studies into engaging posts that attract clients and peers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the monthly content calendar in Coda for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Dribbble and experimental channels.
• Translate completed client projects and case studies into brief, post‑ready assets for designers.
• Write first‑draft copy in our brand voice, route it through editorial review and schedule publishing.
• Manage profile bios and overall channel presence.
• Run small campaigns tied to product launches, awards and case‑study releases.
• Produce a weekly performance report covering reach, engagement, follower growth and click‑through rates; surface insights and suggest adjustments.
• Track social referral traffic using PostHog.
• Open and assign Wrike tasks for design, copy and video production, and keep the marketing Slack channel active.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on marketing experience, preferably in an agency, design studio or product‑focused company.
• Proven end‑to‑end ownership of a multi‑channel content calendar.
• Strong written English with an ability to craft human‑focused copy.
• Self‑managed, reliable and able to meet deadlines on a part‑time schedule.
