Paid Media Specialist

About the role

FullFunnel is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to join its Marketing Operations team. You will work directly with the Marketing Operations Manager to design, launch, and refine multi‑channel digital campaigns for B2B clients, blending creativity with data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch, and optimise paid search and social campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other platforms.
• Assist with GEO and SEO implementation, including keyword research, technical SEO checks, and AI‑powered content recommendations.
• Execute email and lead‑nurture programs using HubSpot, Pardot or similar automation tools.
• Support Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives targeting enterprise or multi‑region accounts.
• Collaborate with design, content, and RevOps teams to ensure pipeline‑driven campaign alignment.
• Build and optimise workflows, automations, and integrations within HubSpot, Pardot and related CRM/analytics systems.
• Maintain data accuracy, lead routing, and attribution tracking across all platforms.
• Develop client‑facing dashboards and ensure consistent reporting.
• Track and analyse performance metrics (CTR, CPL, MQL‑to‑SQL conversion, ROI) and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Stay current on AI, automation and ad‑tech trends, testing new tools to improve targeting and efficiency.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience executing digital marketing campaigns, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Client‑facing mindset with strong communication skills to present performance insights.
• Ability to work in a fast‑moving, data‑driven setting and collaborate across multiple teams.
