Operations & Social Media Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Operations & Social Media Assistant to support a growing motor‑industry business. Working remotely, you will combine light administrative duties with the creation of high‑impact short‑form video content to boost brand visibility, engagement and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with administrative tasks such as warranty claims, invoicing, documentation, data entry and scheduling.
• Provide customer support via text, calls and email, and help maintain organized digital files.
• Create, edit and publish short‑form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) tailored to the automotive sector.
• Develop and schedule engaging posts for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and emerging platforms.
• Write compelling captions, hooks and calls‑to‑action.
• Stay current with social media trends, sounds and formats to maximize reach.
• Support content calendar planning and occasional executive assistance.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of proven success producing short‑form video content that drives engagement.
• Strong written and verbal English, detail‑oriented and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Customer‑first mindset and ability to juggle operational and creative tasks.

Required skills

• CapCut or similar video‑editing software.
• Adobe Premiere Pro (or comparable).
• Canva and Adobe Illustrator for graphic design.
• CRM tools such as GoHighLevel.
• ShopMonkey or similar store‑management platforms.
• Proficiency with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook.
• Google Workspace.
